A robust approach:

We do not like late surprises and we know the costly impacts these can have on the programme and cost of development projects. We therefore take a robust approach to the management of environmental issues right from the start. Our project environmental manager will familiarise himself thoroughly with the project by discussing the proposals with the client's design team and a site visit. The project environment manager will then analyse the legal and planning framework within the context of managing the environmental issues. Ideally this will include consultation with the local planners and other regulators.

This process allows our project environment managers to negotiate the detailed requirements with the local planners on an informed basis. It also enables the project environment manager to produce a work programme that is tailored to the development project, ensuring that your resources are allocated to the issues that matter.
