The associates provide a support network and allow exchange of ideas, concepts and opportunities with each other in addition to contributing our project commissions.
To become an associate you must have experience of working on a range of projects of differing sizes in your particular field, and ideally have worked in a corporate environment, and have a good understanding of the pressures and dynamics at work in projects of this nature.
You should also be a member of a professional organisation which represents your specialist field.
