- Pre-assessment report
- Design stage or interim certificate
- Post construction certificate
We base our proposals upon a thorough understanding of your project. To allow us to provide you with such a proposal we carry out an initial study of the development proposals and site. The results of this study will be presented to you in the form of a Breeam Opportunities Analysis Report. We prepare this report without any cost or obligation to you as part of our commitment to provide our clients with the high standard of service that we have set for ourselves, provided the project is still in an early stage of the development (Riba stage B or earlier).
